Dave Weinstein is a cybersecurity executive and Fellow at the National Security Institute. He formerly served as the first Chief Technology Officer of New Jersey.

Dave earned his Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and his Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He lives in his hometown of Westfield, NJ.
